Additional information: as you can see the POI is in the middle of a rotary traffic, the location was moved away about 30 meters from the correct location, that at least the pokestop can be played ingame. you can see at the red lines that there is no sidewalk into the rotary traffic. so if the wayspot would get moved to the right location, the location would not be save.

So the previous speaker is right, the rejection email is missing here. But that should actually be so obvious and unambiguous that such an email is absolutely unnecessary. The title and the photo speak for themselves.
However, I have also had the following experience: I have simply requested a relocation of the wayspot from the edge to the center of the roundabout using the form that is also used for relocations. In response to this, the affected wayspots were not moved, but deleted. The employees there are very quick and really capable, because they think for themselves. 😊
i cant send an screenshot of a rejection email because i dont habe a screenshot, i cant report it from home becuase this POI is over 300 KM away from my home, but everyone can clearly see the problem
Yes, the reason I asked for the email is because this wasn't submitted through the game app. Appeals are for rejected reports that were made through the app or to restore wrongly removed Wayspots. It is not for first time reports.
You are not wrong, but I think with obvious things, especially with insecure access - and fakes you should ignore these rules. In this case it is simply unnecessary and better for everyone.
than tell me how i can make a first time report if the pokestop is over 300 KM away. there is no way i drive 300 KM just to report it.
I normally also dont have them for my fake reports^^

i cant report it ingame because i dont live near to it, but as you can see there is so safe access and i dont want that someone get hurt. how should i report this not safe access if i cant trevel to it?
thanks for the tip, i appealed the location now in the location appeal because it is more than 10 meter. hopefully they see the problem :)

You can't, that's the point. Niantic wants players to confirm in-person that the Wayspot meets removal criteria. You will have to leave it to a local player if you cannot travel there.
