Additional information: Wayspot "Summer view" does not exist. It has been submitted with the photo of an already existing Wayspot, located not very far from there. The real Wayspot is "Autumn to Winter", located here: https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=42.659578,23.37826&z=17&pll=42.659801,23.379435. As you can see this is a picture of the same electrical board. The picture of the original Wayspot location above is to show it is located next to another Wayspot: "Red X Business Building": https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=42.659578,23.37826&z=17&pll=42.659636,23.379493 and this is the Wayspot's real location.
The invalid Wayspot "Summer View" has been reported both as a duplicate of another portal (due to picture representing the real Wayspot had been used for the fake Wayspot submission), as well as as permanently removed (due to the lack of a more suitable option). The last invalid appeal was from Jan 27th, 2021 and still has no reply. The others were rejected. Perhaps whoever submitted the invalid Wayspot, tried to use the fact that the real Wayspot "Autumn to Winter" has changed the way it looks (it represented a different drawing before, hence the name "Autumn to Winter", but now it looks as shown above. Picture is from Jan 13th, 2021).

Appeal Accepted - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We gave this a second look and after reviewing the additional evidence provided, we've decided to retire the Portal in question. We have taken action on the Wayfinders in accordance with our policies.
