First of all. YES. The wayspot object is REAL. You can find a portal in the picture (yes, it's there).
But I have an opinion that the author abused wayspot network. The object is small garden toy photographed from short distance so it seems normal sized.
in any case, the decision is yours

10 centimeters high, if you look at the cars nearby :) Or not?
First of all. YES. The wayspot object is REAL.
Well, then there is nothing more to discuss here. Small size does not make a wayspot ineligible.
Winter in Russia is more than winter.
Mister suggests clearing snow absolutely everywhere?
Dear topic starter,
Ur photo is taken right after a big snowfall, the snow is about 50 cm high and u know it. U're trying to bend the facts. I've attached another winter photo with slightly less snow around. Go there again when the communal services clean the snow, they should do so on a regular basis, and u seem to go there often. And next time don't forget to take a ruler, I can see size means so much to u.
In order not to produce many similar topics, I suggest it is better to delete this portal (just for the sake of the purity and quality of the portal network!) :)

First of all. YES. The wayspot object is REAL. You can find a portal in the picture (yes, as at any entrance of Moscow apartment buildings).
But I have an opinion that the author abused wayspot network. The object is an ordinary advertising board, photographed from a short distance, so it seems ... Yes, in general, it does not seem to be anything, this is an advertising board, which are at every entrance.
in any case, the decision is yours
yea. that IS I said -- an abused photo. It seems big on photo, but...
I can accept that someone has a very small foot size, and that anything a little bigger than his shoe can't be a portal.
However, this flowerbed is the work of decorating a flowerbed by its inhabitants. The way someone has their feet in it shows their disrespect for the portal network.
object exists.
get over it.
It's a good photo. Should I take a photo so that 99.9% of the picture is taken of the surrounding countryside, and 0.1% of the object itself?
In your photo with the foot you can see that the object is well cemented to a large heavy stone. Clearly not a temporary object, and clearly reflects the creative impulse of the inhabitants of this yard. The object, unlike the same "Information" is an object of creativity.
Admit that you just want to get rid of an unwanted portal.
In your photo with the foot you can see that the object is well cemented to a large heavy stone.
Lel on this photo (with hjugo's 43eu foot size) Clearly visible that this item not fixed and stands on broken piece of asphalt
...And it has pedestrian access. Case closed! 😁
Я вот под объектом вижу хороший такой шлепок цемента :)
Вась, бросай ты её, эту алкашку :))
Size threshold for portal eligibility was not specified in the guidelines, as I know. So the scale-related discussion seems pointless. In all regions you can see the examples of quite small portals which however are interesting and significant: https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=55.865978,37.723611&z=15&pll=55.865978,37.723611 , https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=32.161363,34.906505&z=15&pll=32.161363,34.906505 , https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=43.03147,-71.049634&z=15&pll=43.03147,-71.049634 . In its turn, location temporariness may be the case. However, no proofs of portal moveability have been provided yet, so additional evidence is required for the claim.

Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We reviewed this Wayspot and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at the moment.
