The portal was unfairly removed, the graffiti exists, as shown in the attached photos, the graffiti was recently painted, the street view of the street is out of date.

On the side of a duplex, so technically isn't private residential property. But it does violate the spirit of the same rule. Especially considering that this was obviously painted to create a couch stop.
