It looks to be an advertisement/sign for realestate company remax. It is visually unique as I’ve never seen one. But you’ll have a hard time passing this because its a business sign imo

If it was only for "Remax", I would have rejected it for being a generic business.
Otherwise, if it's for the uniqueness of this sign as I also never saw one like this, tell us more about it. But I agree with @Jtronmoore-PGO that it will be hard to get it pass.
Since they got rid of the "generic business" rejection reason, people might be picking out other, slightly less appropriate, rejection reasons in favor of skipping the vague "other rejection reason" this would now fall under.

Why are you nominating a mass produced sign for a local office of a nationwide retailer?

I wonder if this is like an old designed one that may have value like that? Maybe find more info on age of that design
