Un Unbelivable rejection

Good Afternoon to everybody,
I asked for a pokestop called "Panchina Rossa Antiviolenza", a symbol to sensibilize against violence of every Kind in a small country. With surprise, rejected. The reasons, unbelivable. They say there is no evidence that is a everyday structure, but in the picture this is more than provided by the bulletts on the ground. In addiction, it's very sad to read there is no evidence to match the photo with a real position: is it a joke!?

No offense, but all I see is just a generic bench. Could you tell why this nomination is eligible as Wayspot?
Yep, that's a 1* doesn't meet criteria. Such benches are almost never eligible, as long as they are something super special (what's not the case here) or have a sign with more information so it counts as a sculpture.
Ok, it could seem a generic bench. It isn't. And for the context is a very important structure. But I have preferred these reasons than those the trainers gave me.
