Additional information: The rejection says that "the photo main object it's about a group of people"... I understand that in the photo there are some people but they are in the background playing soccer and you cant even see their faces... the photo was taken far enough to make the sport field as the main object.
Also, it's just impossible to take a photo without people because the sport field its very popular and there are always people playing soccer, basket, etc, there.

It took myself several days to take picture from a basketball court without a person. So go there early in the morning or sundays or whenever nobody is playing there. Or for pros ask tham nicely if they can leave for 3 min so you can take a picture from the court?
If you can't recognise the individuals in the photos, then i don't see a problem with this photo. Resubmit, that is what Niantic will say.
