Appeal Accepted - Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. We gave this a second look and after reviewing the additional evidence provided, we've decided to retire the Pokéstop/Gym in question.
Thanks @NianticGiffard , the question is, why did it take 3 attempts + an appeal on the forum, for something that was clearly visible on Google Street View?
