Street View from September 2020 shows the same perspective without the city map in sight:
Looking at historical data, the last time the city map was at this location was captured by Street View in November 2016. It has been removed since many years ago. I also took a photo of the same corner on 21 February 2021 at 1:38pm as in-person evidence.
Additional information: Thank you for confirming that something that no longer exists and had clear evidence should remain in the Portal Network. That is pathetic. Find someone who actually will do the work once and well.

Appeal Accepted - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We gave this a second look and after reviewing the additional evidence provided, we've decided to retire the Portal in question.
