The portal has been a repeated target of malicious location changes (google image below is older than the structure, which is over the bike racks in the image below):
A photosphere was taken on site to prove the validity of the location and there is clear pedestrian access. The point of interest is the grey and green structure immediately beside the stairwell and wheelchair ramp of the SE entrance of the building. Additional information: the portal is visually unique, recreation related, and easily accessible by pedestrians (immediately beside the structure if not inside the structure).
Please note that the structure dates from 2018 and the current Google Earth image predates this.

Appeal Accepted - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We gave this a second look and after reviewing the additional evidence provided, we've decided to restore the Portal in question.
