Pokemon go players in who belong from rural area are suffering from lack of pokestops and gyms in there area sometimes they ruin out of pokeballs and they don't have any pokecoin and being poor they can't afford buy pokecoins so you are earnestly requested to add pokestops and gyms in rural areas

You need to find a player who is able to submit new PokeStops for you. Niantic doesn't do that, it's the community that creates new PokeStops.
Since Pokemon GO is an augmented reality game that relies on players physically going to locations to catch Pokemon, players in rural areas may have a more difficult time finding Pokestops and gyms. Niantic, the game's developer, has said that they are working on adding more Pokestops and gyms in rural areas, but it is unknown when or if this will happen.
In the meantime, you can request players in your community to contribute and add more Pokestops as well.
