If anything, my problem is not the same as everyone else's, since the introduction of the Wayfarer medal in PoGo, it has not even appeared for me, although in Ingress I have it gold (3457 points), and the rating is more than once Good and higher, and I earned 200-300 points for a medal in Ingress. Thank you.
Oh, and I forgot, a lot of people have the same problem, even in the local community, like mine. For you to understand better, it applies to everyone who plays PoGo and at the same time Ingress and opened the Wayfarer medal earlier in one of two games. I have been raising this topic for a long time on the Ingress forum. Brian knows, below is his answer to me:

Seems rather unacceptable that we would wait months only to get a half-fixed update and then more months and still no fix. Compound that with the botched events in Pokémon Go and it’s clear there’s a bigger issue out there.
Is the PoGo medal meant to reflect accepts and rejects as a total?
@NianticGiffard any update? It's been months now, and I see y'all are promoting a wayfarer event without everything actually functioning properly as of this moment.
I was told by a friend who was also affected by the bug that she took the "test" to reset her rating, but surprise surprise... the rating remained poor for her. How can you offer a test to fix our rating when it doesn't actually work? Or do you believe that people actually can go from great to poor out of the blue without more than 3-5 reviews?
@Clarkee013-PGO To answer your question, I believe it's agreements and processed, which includes any agreements to your accepted reviews and rejected reviews. On the phone you can't see the full number, but on your computer browser with the add-in you can. Someone please correct me if I misspoke.
Any news? Badge Wayfarer in PoGo not avalaible. In Ingress all ok. 🤷🤷🤷😭
I honestly feel like we're just being ignored at this point. I wouldn't expect any resolution until a year from now. My rating temporarily shot up to fair, then shot back down to poor, though that might be explainable as I recall a duplicate photo I overlooked. However, my agreements are still up, and I am hovering around 72% agreements and processed.
@NianticGiffard Hello. And here's the problem again, russia wayfarer ended, awards were handed out 2 hours ago, an email for Ingress came to the mail, everything is ok, but PoGo did not receive awards🤦🤷🤦🤦🤷🤷😢
Já relatei na parte de “ajuda” no Pokémon GO em 21/05/2021 01:05 “Minha medalha de Wayfarer foi resetada. Isso pode estar relacionado com o fato que pedi para excluírem minha conta do Ingress. No entanto, não fiz nada de errado e estou sendo penalizado, por isso peço correção.” E até agora não tive resposta. Antes tinha anexado print antigo (com data) de como estava a medalha antes, mas estava em 4.329 acordos. Depois de um tempo até tentei reiniciar, mas agora está travado, não importa eu aumentar minha medalha no Wayfarer, não sobe mais no Pokémon.
I reported on the Pokemon GO app “help” section in 21/may/2021 01:05 - My Wayfarer medal was reset. It may be related by the fact I asked to exclude my ingress account. Nevertheless, I didn’t do anything wrong and I am receiving a penalty, that’s why I ask for correction. I still don’t have any answer there other than “it’s on analysis”. I had 4.329 agreements, and today it doesn’t even go up if I use Wayfarer or not.
It is indeed because you deleted your Ingress account. Niantic are aware of this and I believe they're working on a fix, but it's taking time.
