If you are bothered by players there, then just stay away from the places - you seem to be one yourself, don't you?
This is not a grave. This is a big wooden cross in the middle of the graveyard. No-one is buried there. No reason to remove POI
@muczacz-ING playing between the graves is disrespectful
To whom? The dead are dead. They don't notice that anyway.
@Brukterra-PGO your post confirms that people should not play cemeteries
As I wrote in other of your topics, they're new rules for accepting new nominations, they doesn't mean that old accepted nominations should all be removed. If it had worked like that, we should see all water tanks and some other things that now aren't eligible being removed, but they're still here in games, and they won't be removed only because new ones shouldn't be accepted. If it's in correct location, it's safe for players and doesn't bother owners of graveyard, it shouldn't be removed.
As muczacz wrote, if it's big wooden cross (not a grave of someone) it's in very public and safe place on graveyard, possibly near entrance. If you think than playing on graveyard is innapropriate, then don't play on it, but don't try to remove eligible portals only because you think they shouldn't be here.
@Maxyme99-PGO yes it works like that, recently, a monument that a friend added for unknown reasons disappeared.
and if you want to go to the cross, you must go between the graves, passing the old ladies.
This is not a place to play games
Then please show me any thread where someone asked for removal of water tank portal/pokestop that was still in correct place and it was removed. I don't talk about dangerous portals with no safe acces or portals at schools, I talk about old portals that now wouldn't be accepted because rules changes. Rules are simple for removal, and any changes of acceptance rules aren't one of removal rule for safe nominations.
Show us any photo that show how this cross looks like and if walking to it will disturbe anyone. Now it's only your words versus my words, you need proof for removal.
As I wrote before, it's your thinking that playing on graveyards isn't good, but that not might be the case for other players.
And if your friend don't know why his monument dissaperd from game, create thread about it here, maybe it can be restored.
If niantic doesn't remove it, I'll report it to the Board of Municipal Cemeteries in Krakow
As I wrote earlier - the cemetery is not a place to play games
This does not meet the criteria for removal. Niantic will only remove Waysptos if they fall under one or more of the following categories:
For all other cases, Niantic will review the location if the (verified) property owner contacts them via the form provided in the Pokémon GO or Ingress Help centers.
I have nothing to add, read and understand the post above.
It can be easily said to you too ;)
You just got a list that mentions all removal criteria, but you don't even try to look at it and understand that your rules about cementery aren't on it.
Let's just wait what Niantic will decide here, it's they decision, not ours.
@Maxyme99-PGO Agree : )
Please find a link below with a picture which confirms this is not a grave, it still exists and where is situated

@muczacz-ING No graves. At all 🙂
Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We took another look at the Portal in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time
So Board of Municipal Cemeteries in Krakow will take care of this.
It would be funny if they didn't do anything either. But while you're selfishly trying to remove legitimate wayspots in vain, I'll keep going to graveyards to play games.
