Received email Feb 27 which was a Saturday. It's already Tuesday and it still hasn't appeared in any of the 3 games.

Thanks for reaching out, @Swordpro94-PGO! I took a look at your account and found that your nomination got rejected by the system during the automated review. This could be due to the proximity of existing Wayspots. Please try nominating again where there aren't many Wayspots nearby, and it should help. It is in the radius of an existing poi which doesn't appear in pokemon go so don't see why it should affect it. It's in a free cell and far from an actual pokestop or gym.
If it is too close to an existing Wayspot, it simply doesn't get added to the database. It doesn't matter if the Wayspot it is too close to doesn't appear in a specific game. You are nominating Wayspots, no Pokestops. It would benefit you if you look at the picture as a whole instead of just the perspective provided by Pokemon Go.
