If it cannot be restored, time to leave the game. St. Patricks Day should be a good timeframe. Also, then as I look toward retiring - how do I sell back CMU and stop payment on C.O.R.E.?

You should be able to find the coordinates of the PoI in Google Maps.
Also, you will need to provide at least some evidence that the PoI is actually there and shouldn't have been removed.
