Language settings inconsistent

Hello,
i switched the language from german to english (to get the proper reasons for another thread) and switched back to german under settings.
under the review everything is german except the "What is it?"-Section in which the items are still in english, the text above is in german.
switching to a third language didn't fix the problem, there the answers are also in englisch (i tested it with french)
