Temporary or Seasonal Nominations
I have had some nominations rejected as seasonal or temporary displays and in communicating folks in my local telegram and slack groups, they said they picked temporary/seasonal because they are in an American football stadium which is only open for a few events per year.
The guidance that we have about temporary/seasonal is "Use for nominations that are temporary displays (e.g. art installations) or only exist during certain times of the year (e.g. Christmas decorations)." As far as I know these displays are permanently installed and if the gates are open, anyone can go on in check them out. Anyone else run into these types of rejections? Should there be any further clarifications in the guidance, or are reviewers just misinterpreting and the guidance is sufficient? Should I be including something else to convince reviewers they are permanent?

Whereas I don't understand the sport that Americans call football (it looks like rugby but with pads and helmets), if the stadium is there permanently, regardless if it's open one day a year or all year, and it meets criteria, then it shouldn't be rejected as temporary/seasonal.

Disney has a mini golf course that is called Winter Slumberland. It is a golf course open all year round that is eligible for wayspots because they are permanent. (Exception to the christmas rule is something that exists permanently all year round not temporary and seasonal.)

I wouldn't consider any of those temporary or seasonal BUT I can understand somebody not thinking the banners you posted were temporary.
Temporary is meant more for "will this be here in 3 months" or "can I pick it up and move it."
Many stadiums are also used year round for training, event venues, and other uses. You could try explaining that, and elaborate more about that if you re-nominate.
