"Report an Issue" Form deactivated?

So far I have been very happy to use the following official Niantic form to move wayspots of over 10 meters. Usually this didn't take long and everything went as expected. But nothing has happened since December. Not a single move of a wayspot is made, no matter how obvious it may be. Did Niantic comment on this in any way? Has the form been deactivated? Doesn't anyone work there anymore? Does anyone know?

I also wouldn't mind a comment on this. I have a couple of pretty straightforward location edits from early January that haven't been acted on yet. It used to take a month or less.
Still waiting
I would also like to know if these reports are still being processed.
Thanks for the sharing, @Brukterra-PGO! We are aware of this issue and working towards a fix. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
@NianticGiffard thank you for your honest information. I appreciate that you do tell that there is something wrong.
Oh, really great, something else that doesn't work. Hopefully the problem will be resolved quickly. When I think of the bug where accepted photos are not synchronized, although the problem has been known since October 2020 ...
Well, we always said this google docs thing seems a bit iffy.
Is there any more information than this? Should we continue to use the form or hold off on requests? What will happen to previous modification requests made over the last few months that haven't been responded to? Why wasn't an announcement made as soon as you were aware of the issue?
i think if there is an error, noone will notice.
that is something that many people say, you hit "submit" and dont know what happens. it could go into nirvana.
Is this only true of location change requests, or rather the whole form?
Like others have said, I'd really like to know more about this issue.
That's a really important question!
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you, @Gendgi-PGO! I also appreciate everyone here for sharing their valuable inputs. I have confirmed from my team that you can continue using the abuse form and your requests should still reach our team. However, the issue with the abuse form lies in the inconsistencies with the prioritization of appeals. By which I mean, some appeals may be prioritized differently and not necessarily be reviewed in the order they were submitted (no FIFO method).
That being said, I have been proactively monitoring abuse appeals in the forum and flagging them immediately to the team until a fix comes into place. We are also planning for further refinements to be in place in the future decreasing the average response time per report. Thanks for your understanding!
