this Wayspot is in a bad location and I will demonstrate it in the following images
In this image you can see the place where the Wayspot is located and it does not have the street view to check if the Wayspot is real or not.
In this other image, it is shown that the Wayspot is located inside a private home and that is prohibited.

They have already told you that you must report it first in game and if it is rejected, then you can create an appeal and attach a screenshot of the rejection email as well as any additional data that you have.
But if you don't report it from the game, they will close all your appeals without looking at it.
