The "Tower of Opladen" arena has been closed to raid fights since 2019, after it was not clear for a long time why this is so, after several attempts the Pokémon Go support Bot informed that the property owner had this blocked, the area where the arena is urban property and registered as a park and leisure area and accessible to everyone at any time, right next to the arena there is also a public playground, the tower itself is an event hall that can be rented for private celebrations, which can then also be rented deep into the night, which is why a disturbance of the peace by Pokémon players would be unbelievable, the only thing that is really private here is the adjacent parking lot, which may also be the real reason for the lock, as Pokémon players occasionally parked there during raids. We had already tried several times to speak to those responsible here to reverse the lock, but we were always referred to others, which then always ended in failure, and the request to have the arena deleted from Niantic also ended in failure as this was only requested by the property owner because it doesn't actually exist.

The real question here is why only the raids were blocked and not the entire arena was deleted, so I wanted to try again to have the arena deleted so that a new arena can be created at another location, here with us in the local player community because nobody wants to mess around with it anymore and since we assume that a restoration of the raid function will only lead to more trouble with the perpetrators.
