My wayspot was moved by Niantic into a completely wrong location?

Noticed this completely by accident on the Intel Map because this is not an area I'm currently frequenting much.
Title of Wayspot: Le'umit Medical Center
Previous/real location, proof on Street View (you can literally see the sign right there)
City: Ramat Gan
Country: Israel
I am SO confused by this move, it's way over 10 meters so it clearly went through Niantic, but it's utterly wrong. How did this even happen when you can so clearly see the right location?
