Ideas to make Wayfarer worse

I'm tired of threads where we talk about how to make Niantic Wayfarer better, or what ideas we have to improve things. Let's talk about ways we could make it worse so that everyone dislikes it.
I'll kick things off:
- Instead of clicking the 1-5 Star, you use a continuous slider to gauge how much you think the Nomination fits the criteria.
- Instead of selecting a reject reason from the drop down, you have type it out manually, but if it doesn't fit one of the pre-defined reasons, you have to re-type it.
- If you forget to fill in a category when you hit submit, it blanks out everything you filled out so far when telling you you've missed a category
- Wayfarer Radio: Music provided by Niantic Wayfarer to listen to while you review. You cannot turn this off.
- Implementing the mobile UI on desktop!
- 3 Words: Animated. Glitter. Background.
What other ways could we make Wayfarer a worse experience overall?

Do you think reverse psychology works here? Ill try one...
-How about we priorities nominations that are stuck for years!
It's quite confusing remembering whether dark mode / light mode refers to the text or the background so I think that dark mode should be dark background & dark text while light mode is a light background & light text.
Manually place the location pin.
We should give reviewers punishments or cooldowns for reviewing too fast or too slow, but not actually tell reviewers how long they should be taking to reviewv.
The penalties for reviewing similar ways every time should encourage reviewers to lie about their opinion.
The click box for each star should much smaller, so the star only records interaction if you click the top left corner.
Upgrades should be applied automatically by RNG, the upgraded nominations should be sent to the worst reviewers who reject everything with reasons which make no sense. Also upgraded nominations should automatically get "not historically significant" mark.
You know, it's just occurred to me, Niantic has these time-based cooldowns backwards. If they really wanted to get through the backlog, reviewers would be penalized for taking too long. Want a rating above "poor?" You'd better be averaging 20 seconds or less per nomination. Only 5-second average reviewers can have a "great" rating. If you somehow manage to take more than 30 seconds for a nomination, it's an automatic cooldown. (Of course, the cooldown is only 3 seconds. Gotta get those reviews in!)
Need gesture UI then. Swipe right - accept, left - reject. Some ingress glyphs will be useful: "nature" - natural feature, "knowledge" - school, "lie" - abuse, "star" - 5 star and send into featured wayspots.
And prioritize the ones where the nominator has never reviewed before.
Probably more I can't think of right now. Don't know how much more worse it can get. Sometimes reality is stranger than fiction ;P
To add to the list of "fun" things that would make Wayfarer worse, perhaps an auto-logout function which could log out a user in the middle of reviews at a random time (followed by a cooldown!)
Show only the photo and we have to guess the rest of the nomination
i remember when wayfarer had an HOME button while reviewing.
then niantic removed the HOME button because apparently "the users asked for it, users that are in the zone/speed reviewing would benefit from this" (i remember the reviewer community looking at each other with ????? on their faces and asking out loud, what users did ask for this?! LMAO)
then we started to get cooldowns and niantic suggestion was "oh you are reviewing too fast, so slow down..."
thennnnnnnnn........ we got the SUBMIT AND FINISH REVIEWING super small button (right on the side of the SUBMIT button)
....why change something which wasn't broken?
Automatically reject any nomination that has been Queued over one month: "Sorry, we're busy. Try again when there are fewer nominations"
Automatically reject any nomination that it's in Voting for over two days: "Sorry, it seems that people don't agree fast enough. Improve your nomination."
In both cases they can send a bunch of randomly selected rejection reasons to spice up the email.
My idea: Release a lot of roadmaps but never actually update the system.
Oh wait.
Looking at my last rejection mails your second point could be an improvement
🤣
Automatically translate all the provided info in the nomination to Klingon
I got a winner:
Remove all the restrictions for nominations. Allow anyone (no matter the game or level) send as many nominations as they want. They only have to select the location and provide a title, (picture optional).
Redacted style map interface (Nice way to get a set of gripes from two disparate sysyems into the conversation..... 🤣 )
Move Wayfarer to a BBS accessible only via dial-up modem (9600 baud) over a landline phone. Pictures are either ASCII art or monochrome bitmaps.
(Yes, I'm that old on the internet)
Pictures must be sent by Fax to reviewers.......
Paper punch card ballots or "fill in the bubble" style voting - #2 pencils only.
We vote off of only Supporting info (the rest isn't shown).
App based, only works on Windows phones.
Allowing trees of a certain age to be eligible wayspots. :)
We already have to type out some of the rejection reasons manually in the other category. I find having to type out generic Big Box store a lot. why isnt there a location rejection for uninteresting p o i.
Have the location only reviewer accessible so that we have to go into the map ourselves and look for the God damn thing all over the place and guess where it is
That's no longer needed. You can select other rejection reasons and not type anything. Only abuse requires the textbox to be filled.
- the only rejection reason to select is 'live animal'
- different accounts to sign in on depending which game you're playing. Then once reviewing you review stops for other games other than the one you are signing in for
- title of the stop does not display When selecting which photos don't meet the criteria. And even if both photos do meet the criteria, you have to select one that does not
- remove "none of the above option" for title and description edits
- instead of all of criteria on one page, each criteria for each nomination is a separate page to refresh and wait on the lagging servers
- rating system for supporting information
- make each question opinion-based by adding 'do you think' to it to make it less suggestive
- you have to log into Wayfare to submit remove the submission option from in game. And have a form of filling out your personal information birthdate license plate how old you are where you're from Etc like your profile page for every review and submission
Re-login and captcha after every nomination as well it logs you out of go after submitting
Upgrades got applied to nominations that have already been rejected
Have a bunch of overlays on the map like elevation and traffic and every topographic contour with no grid marks to tell what cell the nomination has been placed in
