To be on the safe side, I have now visited this place again in daylight to have photos of evidence in case he continues to submit fakes there.
Incidentally, I saw that both the original and the first fake were submitted from the same Ingress account. The account is not active / not playing. But he apparently also suggests wayspots in cities several hours away. I suspect it is an account that is shared or sold among several people. Maybe you should check that out. "Rigija"
