Appeal to remove invalid waypoint

I have reported this POI in December 2020, but got the usual rejection email. First of all I leave this link to google street view for validating the legitimacy of my photos:

I have made a picture from every possible angle. Reference objects are the tree and the street light next to it as well as all the buildings and the "grips" of the object. As you can clearly see in the photos I made today, it does not exist like that anymore. It is now a regular object and by Niantic guidelines, I believe should be removed from the game.
