Why does Niantic still remain the old criteria?

Niantic released the new criteria and announced here.

But, In https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/help# remains “What makes a good Wayspot” now. I think this is the old criteria.

Hey, @NianticCasey-ING , is this remained intentionally? Or did you forget to delete it?

I guess Niantic forget to delete it because in this help has been already deleted.

Thanks for surfacing! It looks like that is just an oversight from the criteria refresh. I have let the Wayfarer team know and they're working on removing that page altogether.
