Submitted a POI: received e-mail confirmation, didn't appear on Wayfarer after waiting 12+ hours

*Description of the issue:* I submitted a new POI request "Bike Point di Roncaiola", location approx.: 46.22474400018593, 10.166292871791553
I received the usual e-mail stating the nomination was correctly sent, but it didn't appear on Wayfarer website even after waiting 12+ hours. Is it stuck or something?

Please re-read carefully. The submission did not appeared on wayfarer site in the list of my pending nominations.
I'm not talking about acceptance time or review time.
Update: submitted on april, 23. Today, april 25, yet to appear on Wayfarer site.
@NianticGiffard could you look into this for LMSchiano?
The same happened to me. The submission was sent on April 23 . I received the email that the nominations was received but until today it is not showing on my wayfair account to be upgraded. Besides that today I reached 100 and the upgrade is not available to to be used... what is going on???

What you have experienced is a temporary visual glitch. You will be notified of the outcome through another email once the nomination has been reviewed. Thanks for your patience.

What happens if there is just XYJAJLA in the Text?
Update: the submission appeared on wayfarer.
