Insufficient Evidence - Resubmit Appeal - Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. Due to insufficient evidence, we’re unable to retire the Pokéstop/Gym in question.
If you have additional evidence to share, please submit a geotagged image and a 360° video of the POI original location and we’ll take another look.
The photos are geotagged. How am I even supposed to take a 360° video? I don't work at NASA.
This is a 2019 article reporting the removal of the graffiti (in Italian): https://www.genova24.it/2019/08/piazza-corvetto-cantieri-nei-sottopassi-riverniciati-i-muri-spariscono-graffiti-e-murales-221641/
You can also compare the Streetview of the entrances from different years: some drawings were for example visible in 2008 (https://goo.gl/maps/nWgurCxD8LXnVpzg8) and 2012 (https://goo.gl/maps/6Y13F7S1FqpeRMPXA), but not in the most recent views (https://goo.gl/maps/AL9hh8r2u8Fh6mnHA and https://goo.gl/maps/FaaYxLQAykV6BwX9A).
Not a 360° video, but you can make a 360° photo with a photosphere using the Google Street View app, which will appear on Google Maps.
The photos are geotagged.
Vanilla forums **** out all EXIF data from images, so the geotag must be embedded as a watermark.
Hi @NianticGiffard, I have uploaded two 360° videos on Google Streetview that show the area as it is right now, you can see them here:
https://goo.gl/maps/d2qZ4CZRMKSLEGm66
https://goo.gl/maps/ZDAHc3vY5u4xhVjs6
Can you please take another look? Thanks!
Haha, I like your comment on the 360° video. For future reference, though, when Niantic staff request a 360° video, they just want you to record a video while you stand in one place and spin in a circle.
After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspots in question.
