Unbelievable, but someone created almost 40 non-existent POIs. They are all in ONE picture frame that you can buy at IKEA. It just changes the printed information inside.

In my opinion, someone "creates" these things for money. This person should be permanently blocked from adding more POIs.

Nice writeup. it never seizes to amaze me how many reviewers just don't notice (or don't care) when things are off.
very often vegetation, surroundings,... don't match what you see on maps or streetview and they will still accept it.
Let's hope that this is not a business model other people will use as well or are already using. At least this seems to be quite easy to recognize. Nice investigation!
i did some checking too... they created most chapels in the second neighborhood with fake 360 too...
as you can see... this croos should be on a crossroad... it isn't close to one on google maps.
all these points have been faked.
Quite obvious that these are fakes. There's no basket ball court visible in the google image and the position of the cross above is not inside of the fence. And outside there's no meadow.
i can only imagine this kind of abuse is not just done by the submitter, but also aided by local reviewers.
as i saw someone post in a facebook group. "once it goes into voting, 50+ of us start doing reviews until we find the nomination and 5* it"
Going through Wayfarer itself is already a hard task but doing it just to find the right nomination? That's... dedication for the wrong cause :D

I assume all panels have Wikipedia entries, making it very unlikely that these POI are legit.
I checked a third one: also a copy/paste from Wikipedia.
Why are they all placed in what looks like a forest? I see no roads leading to these POI. Are they placed there by a local player or will they be moved to other spots through location edits?
