Abusive, fascist (propably) DIY nomination

Today, our German Wayfarer community discussed this nomination:

(Picture in bigger)

The nomination shows an object similar to a stumbling stone.

However, stumbling stones are memorial plates for victims of the Nazis during National Socialism. If you google the name "Rudolf Walter Richard Hess", you will find a Wikipedia article about him. He was a "German politician and a leading member of the Nazi party in Nazi Germany" (see Wikipedia), clearly not a victim of the Nazis, more like the exact opposite.

The information given is also wrong: The sign says: "Gedemütigt, Hingerichtet, Ermordet 17.08.1987 (Translator)

However, Wikipedia shows that this is wrong: "serving a life sentence until his suicide in 1987" (Wikipedia)

This is also a typical perpetrator-victim reversal.

Since this is a clear unofficial (probably DIY, at least a good creator should know that the correct name with an ß and that "Hingerichtet" and "Ermordet" means literally the same) stumbling stone, showing the Nazis as victims, this is a clear kind of abuse that should not get approved for the Niantic database.

My guess: This is a DIY sign. Also, because all of the stumbling stones in Germany are researchable in Germany due to Wikipedia and other Websites, you should find information about this one as well. However, there are none:

Additionally, his grave got removed after it became a "Pilgrimage site" for Nazis.

Now, let's also take a look at the super bad nomination: Super bad title, no information, location uncheckable. All of this makes this even worse.

All of this shows a quite dark nomination. Please remove this nomination from the reviews. Thanks!

PS: Hopefully the filter wouldn't remove too much information from this discussion.

Making objects like this public accessible should be considered a crime in Germany. In the sense of hate crime, incitement of the masses (or however you name that, what the German word Volksverhetzung describes) this should be highly illegal. For example denial of the Holocaust is a crime in Germany, so I guess glorification of nazi leaders with factual distortion too, for sure....
