Unable to "Submit and finish Reviewing" when rejecting an invalid candidate

MacOS 10.13.6, Chrome 90.0.4430.93 - when selecting "Submit and finish reviewing" on a rejected submission on the Rejection Reasons screen, I am brought to the next review and not the Home page.
"Submit and finish reviewing" works fine on the final Submit on an accepted portal.
With so many invalid submissions in queue, this adds unnecessary time to each reviewing session.

Thanks for reporting, we're looking into this and will let you know when we have more information.
The team was quickly able to diagnose the culprit here, which looks to be the Wayfarer+ plugin causing this issue. Because this is an unofficial add-on, we won't be taking action to resolve the issue.
