Account Reset to Zero

in Report a Bug
I've seen a few reports about this, but it's not yet in the current issues. So I thought I'd add to it.
My account has overnight been reset to 0. Nothing left of all my ratings, my great score etc. And judging by some of the chats I'm in, I'm not the only one.

It looks like your situation is related to a GDPR deletion request that you made via Ingress to delete your account. Because you use Ingress to log into Wayfarer, it looks as though your progress was also reset.
If you are looking to resume your Wayfarer activities, I'm happy to see whether these metrics can be restored. Please let me know.

I have made a request at one stage to delete my Pokemon account, but that was in 2019. I really would like to continue playing Ingress, like I've done since the beta, please. And also use Wayfarer :-)
same issue happened to me also when i applied for deletion of my L8 Ingress account, when that was done, all my previous nominations, were gone and my OPR medal in Pokemon Go was reset to 0. all the nominations were made from Pokemon Go. Can they be returned, if yes please do
Any account of any place gives a time frame for deletion process to be completed, why do you delete and wait for that time period and expect that they would return your old profile?
hello I have the same problem. last night i was unable to login to wayfarer, and today my profile has been reset. it would be nice to be able to restore our data. good luck in your search for the resolution of this problem.
Maybe because they requested the deletion of their Ingress account. They didn't want any change with regards to Wayfarer or Pokemon Go.
It would be like if you start playing the new Catan game and then Niantic decides that you also want to start over in Pokemon Go. Does that make sense?
I am not requesting my old profile, i am a pokemon go player, i joined ingress so that i can check for intel on nomination eleigible POIs, for more nominations. but since ingress was not my cup of tea, I applied for deletion. and i am asking to reinstate my data because all the nominations and reviews were done from Pokemon go, ingress was only to check intel. but when ingress got deleted, so were all my ratings, medal and nominations too

Can you share a screenshot of your Pokemon go Wayfarer I'd of nominations and the emails of missing nominations from there showing the difference between the emails you have and the missing nominations on your Wayfarer website.
I have the same problem. My Wayfarer account was reset and I was asked to take the access test again in order to review Waypoint proposals.
I had access to Wayfarer even after requesting to delete the Pokémon account linked to the same email a long time ago but the problem is recent.
I guess is for that needed time to complete the deletion process.
What can I do? I'd like to recover my agreements stat.
Hi this just happened to me as well. I deleted my ingress account which was only level 4 and now wayfarer has reset everything. I was using my level 38 pokemon go account fir wayfarer. All of my nominations are gone and it is asking me to retake the test. Can I please get it all reinstated? I worked hard on those nominations and was working just as hard to get upgrades for them. This is very upsetting.
Since my post yesterday, now when I attempt to log in it says one of my accounts has been suspended and wont let me log in. (When i posted yesterday i could log in but my account seemed to have been reset) My pokemon go account is not suspended and my ingress account has been deleted by me and was barly played. I have attempted to contact ingress but I get just a standard reply that doesnt really tell me anything. Contacting pogo seems pointless as I dont think that is the problem. I have not broken any rules, I do not have any infractions on my accounts and I am not and have never been a spoofer. Is this still all related to the "delete igress account" bug? Do I need to contact someone else or post somewhere else? I really dont know what is going on.

I tried commenting two post here, but nothing happened. Also I tried contacting with the Ingress Support and told me that they were going to review my problem with the corresponding department, but they haven't responded
