The wayspot is a mural on Tujunga Wash wall; one of many murals, in fact. All the murals, including this one, are painted on the west wall, not on the east wall.

Here's a view of the west wall from Coldwater Canyon, which shows this mural and others next to it:

And here's a view of the east wall from Coldwater Canyon Extension, which shows no murals at all:

All this can be clearly seen from Google Street View.

The width of Tujunga Wash in this area is about 21 meters/70 feet (also can be seen on Google Street View), which is way more than just a few feet off:

Please move the portal to the other side of Tujunga Wash, and a little more to the north:
