This portal’s location is currently in the backyard of a nearby residential house. It should be relocated to the gable end of the credit union at the end of the street (54.5899502, -5.9687546).
I’m only LV 10 so cannot edit this location on the scanner and have tried to mark it as invalid but that gets rejected. If it can’t been moved can it please be deleted and I’ll resubmit.

A location edit must be made through the game app before you can make an appeal. If you cannot make the edit yourself, find someone on COMMs you can.
Thanks for this but if you read my post you will see that I cannot make the change myself as only level 12 and above can edit locations.
Also, if I knew someone close by I would have got them to rather than take the time to report it here. It is my understanding that you need to be in range or have a key to report the portal.
Do you have any other helpful advice to resolve this issue?

But basically yea, you need to ask someone to try editing the location if possible, any Lv40 Pokemon GO player can do that, if it is a pokestop and I'm almost certain that this is the case since it's a bit far of other portals, good luck Mickey :)

You can ask some Lv40 Pokemon Go player to edit, if it shows up in the game, and it should since it's the only one. Even tho all your accusations are correct, this shouldn't come to forum if you didn't ask fro a edit in the first place. I'm sorry @MickeyHarp-ING but you need to try using the game's mechanic first, ok?
