Additional information: This was a logo of some studio, posted on outside wall, but it's no longer there.
If you look at the portal photo (https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-J8JaJjkMKRiXF-Hbaig8-TnNuynQasQqd344VVp4lHv_wrUCtdrVNdEcRU6CNwI8hxBffqNszkiprfLDjL30AMJCEiU=s1300), you can see something that looks like letters under the logo:
You can also see a door or a window.

You can see the holes on the wall where the logo and the letters were, and same building features.
