Nomination description edit not saving

I summited 3 nomination yesterday, I was in a rush therefore left the description and supporting info as "edit" which I intended to edit and add correct info later after I got home. Later, I edited both the description and supporting info from wayfarer but it seems my description is not saving. No matter what I put in the description it turns back to "edit".
