Additional information: Reviewed this nomination a few weeks ago and rated it a one star since the submitted photo was sourced from a third party source (https://cdn.shortpixel.ai/client/q_glossy,ret_img,w_960/http://awf.world/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/Angeles-City-Alliance-Church-CAMACOP.jpg). Then when I was reviewing nominations today, I encountered the said wayspot and saw that it has gone live. Upon further checking, the said wayspot is actually located on a different area (https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=15.152638,120.608014&z=19&pll=15.152621,120.607994) and is already live. Hence, the submitter of this nomination deliberately used a third party photo and pinned it elsewhere.
