Upgrades not stacking

Hello, I have been working on stacking my upgrades as of recent. As of May 17th 2021 I had earned one upgrade already and I had no new or old nominations pending. Today May 19th about an hour ago I just earned my second upgrade. However my profile still shows as only 1 upgrade available. I believe this has to do with the issue that occured on May 19th with nominations showing up as duplicates and supporting info was missing.
I use wayfarer plus and usually get a notification I have been awarded an upgrade. I did not get this notification time. Im am really upset about this and will deter me from reviewing anymore. I have attached a screenshot of my my profile is shows at 2% meaning I just earned my second upgrade! Today is May 21st and this issue has still not resolved. My upgrade still shows as 1. I have not reviewed anything since May 19th.

Check though your nominations, there was a bug this week that reopened old nominations that previously got accepted/rejected it could be possible an upgrade applied to one of those.
(A massive bug and something Niantic needs to fix if you lost an upgrade due to it.)
@AgentB0ss-ING thank you! I believe what you are saying makes sense and thats what must've happened. I should be owed and upgrade back. Who can I tag to look into this issue?
You can attempt to tag @NianticCasey-ING and @NianticGiffard. Theres a lot going on so I recommend if you dont hear back to tag them weekly until resolved.
Since I already just tagged them hoping someone sees this. User @vbunny5-PGO had a nomination reopen due to the duplicate bug mentioned by @NianticCasey-ING they had several upgrades waiting to be used and an upgrade applied to a previously resolved nomination. They need to be credited back an upgrade.

Hello @NianticCasey-ING @AgentB0ss-ING is there any update on this? Im disappointed my post wasn't even acknowledged. I worked hard trying to earn and upgrade and due to the mess up I lost an upgrade that I had rightfully earned. Please kindly re-instate it.
They haven't mentioned how they plan to resolve this issue but the overall issue is acknowledged here:
