Photos Vanished from Nomination

I used my only free nomination about an hour ago and it gave me the “thanks for your submission” message but both my POI & supporting photos are missing from the nomination when I check it in Wayfarer. I waited a bit to see if there was a lag in it showing up but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
I’m on iOS. Including screenshot attachments... I hope they don’t vanish. Very frustrated to lose the nom.

Thanks for surfacing this @DeadlySerious69-PGO, I checked on the status of the nomination in our records and it looks like the photos and supporting information were successfully submitted and are able to be viewed by reviewers.
It's likely that this was just a visual error or a short delay in being able to see the photos on your nomination. If you refresh, you should see the information updated.
I actually heard about this from multiple people today, along with more people reporting this issue https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/17720/title-description-changes-not-saving#latest
It seems that in the photo issue, after a few hours it shows up, same with the title & description issue. Is it possible there's some sort of latency at play, possibly even related to the work performed last week (very coincidental timing if not). This seems more like an ongoing trend, though, and while it may be resolving itself over time, not seeing the photo and not having text update will likely continue to get brought up. Maybe add it to the known issues or at least consider it "investigating" rather than "resolved" so if anyone else has this issue we can point them to some statement that the Wayfarer team is aware? Thanks!
Thanks for the additional context @Gendgi-PGO, that the two issues are connected is certainly possible now that I know that this is more than an isolated incident.
The Wayfarer engineering team is still investigating the issues around title and description changes not being saved so it's too soon to say definitively whether this is connected but knowing that the behavior is the same is helpful.
I'll update the status of this specific bug for now but will add it to the known issue once I get word internally that we're sure the root cause is the same.

The Wayfarer engineering team has looked into this issue and it isn't connected to what was causing Title and Description edits to appear to not save.
@Gendgi-PGO @DeadLinkB-ING@DeadlySerious69-PGO: Are you still seeing this behavior when you submit new nominations?
I have not seen it reported today or since it was brought up in here, but I'll direct back if I see any. Thanks for the follow-up!
@NianticCasey-ING the issue is still present. I just uploaded a new nomination in PoGo and the photo's aren't visible, just a placeholder in the list, nothing in the detail view. (Bottom one in the list)
