Backend Updates Causing Bugs

Hi folks,
The Wayfarer team is in the midst of some backend maintenance which has resulted in a few different issues:
- [Fix in progress] Supporting information not appearing alongside nominations. While this issue has been resolved, the fix is still rolling out for some people. We are also investigating potential options for nominations that were rejected by reviewers while this information wasn't available.
- [Resolved] Duplicate nominations, edits and photos appearing for review. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue.
- [Resolved] Previously closed (both accepted and rejected) Wayspot nominations appearing for review. This appears to be related to the previous point, and is still under investigation.
Thank you for your patience while we look into these issues.
Update: Added reviewer instructions for point 2 and 3.
Update 2: Removed reviewer instructions as they're no longer relevant, updated issue status for point 2 and 3.

Hi folks,
A new issue has emerged due to the mitigation efforts that were taken to address duplicate nominations appearing within review queues: incorrect status designations.
The Wayfarer team was able to identify the cause of this issue and has implemented a fix. This will be gradually rolling out and you should see the status update to reflect the correct status of your nominations soon.
Update: This has been fully completed and current status should accurately reflect the state of your nomination.

Hi folks,
The Wayfarer engineering team is actively investigating an issue where Title and Description edits made to nominations don't appear to save.
At present, it appears as though this is just a display lag of about an hour rather than a failure for the change to save.
