Requesting review on the basis of pedestrian access.
The POI is a sign for a water-based theme park ride, and the Wayspot is located at a sign showing the name (‘Kraken’).
That sign is located above the exit for the water slide, where the slide exits onto a pool of water. It would not be possible to stand at the Wayspot safely (you’d be in a pool and someone coming down the slide will hit you).
There is grass a few metres away but this area is fenced off with no pedestrian access for safety reasons (safety reasons — they don’t want people to interfere with the ride). The fence dividing the ride from the pedestrian areas is shown in the second image.

Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We took another look at the Portal in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
