"Flash Flood" is located along the track of the high speed roller coaster Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Walt Disney World. The location has no pedestrian access and is potentially dangerous.

Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We took another look at the Portal in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time. However, we have made necessary adjustments to the location of the Portal. You should see these changes reflected soon.
@NianticGiffard its great that the portal is now located in a safe location, however, it is so far awat from the real world location that I'm confused why this shouldnt just be deleted. How do I scan a portal like this? What happens if someone tries to edit it back to the "correct" location.
This sets a very poor precedent for what should and should not be eligible to other people who may visit Disney World and see what is and isn't an eligible nomination.
