Question about participation requirements

As a Finnish reviewer, I get occassionally Russian nominations to review and I have reviewed some of them during the event. However, I don't have that message on the top of showcase page that tells how many wayspots have been approved so far:

Am I still eligible for the rewards, because I have reviewed Russian nominations?

Thanks for touching base, @ikaros02-ING! You should be eligible for the rewards as long as you are reviewing Wayspots during the event with your hometown location set to Russia. I hope it clears up the air!
Thanks for your response @NianticGiffard , however, what if my hometown location is not set in Russia currently? I get Russian nominations to review and have reviewed them during the event.
Where in Russia? It's kind of a big country.
I choosed Listvyanka (near Irkuck and Lake Baikal), and so far I have some nice nominations from Irkuck and close area to it :) This location was mentioned by Shilfiell-ING in thread I mentioned below (he/she choose it too) :)

I suspect because they are close to the border, they might not be classified as Russia based on whatever S2 Cell they use for that, you will most likely not get credited for it
I've set my hometown location to some spot in eastern russia to help some more rural areas a few days ago, but apparently that was a bad idea. There are not only a very few wayspots already in the game, but aswell NO submissions i can review.
@NianticGiffard Is there a posibility to move my homelocation again? and maybe you can let us know which areas are full of stuck submissions?

I haven't gotten any rewards and I reviewed a few Russian wayspots during the event with my location set to Russia...
