Worth resubmitting?

Would this be worth resubmitting? It got refused on being a seasonal or non permanent structure criteria which I believe is wrong. Re reading the supporting statement I may have gone off topic and perhaps a better photo of surrounding area. But is this the sort of thing that should pass? There's a similar stone marker nearby. And I've also read of other boundary stones being approved.
Thanks

Why?
You may have other views but its chances of rejection are high
Thanks for explaining.
I've given boundary stones like this good ratings. It doesn't look temporary to me. If I see details of the history, e.g. how old it is it helps persuade me to give it a decent rating.
My thoughts too. I will gather some more supporting evidence and retry I think. Thank you
How would this meet criteria exactly? And tbh. It looks like someone just dumped a cinderblock behind a wall and tried to nominate it. Personally dont see it passing myself
Most of it is below ground buried. It's 100s of years old. A quick Google search will show many varying looking types.
I'd give it another shot. The submission picture leaves much to be desired. I think folks are saying it looks temporary because your nomination photo makes it look fairly small. There is nothing to provide scale of the stone. It's clearly permanent to folks with common sense but your photo makes it look small and that you you placed it there to fake a stop.
Resubmit with more details, capitalize the Parrish and city names so folks know they are legit places. Punctuation matters with your submission texts. You could even try cleaning up the area a little so it doesn't look like its dilapidated. Grab a rake!
