The next nomination is a huge issue in Estonia, a few of these have been accepted as well. It claims to be a playground but actually these metal bar things are for cleaning carpets. They were placed near huge appartment buildings during Soviet era nad some of them remain but now the trend is to submit those and claim that these are playgrounds which they are not.
Nomination photo and supporting photo show very well that this is not a playground.
It looks like they moved the ornaments from the house. It is a very small statue. See also the link.

In the edit screen, it may look like a very small shrine in a vacant lot.
However, if you look at the street view, you will see that it is a private house.

What Niantic should implement is submitter ratings. They work just like reviewer ratings. Only difference is that submitters who have a higher submitter rating have their nominations prioritized over submitters who have a low rating.
