Question regarding 20 meter rule

I have suggested a new stop and it was accepted, but as it was less than 20 meters away from an old stop it didnt pop up. I have read stuff about it then being auto deleted when to close.
My question is: will it pop up later when the old stop is moved a few meters? Or do i have to wait and suggest it again after the old stop is moved (if at all)?
And ofc both stops is in separate cells.

It doesn't get added to the database if it's too close, so it's basically like you never submitted it.
No idea what the existing stop is, but if you move a pin away from the actual poi you can get a ban for it, there's a topic regarding this on the forum
The existing stop is a slide in a playground, and i have moved the location pin to the exact location where the object from the photo is.
If it gets moved, then you have to resubmit the one you got accepted (but which was too close)
A move can take a long time before you get an answer
Thank you for clearing this up for me :)
I had submitted a few anyway within the 20 m because I had thought they would be "in reserve" somewhere, but once I learned this I withdrew them. Wish Niantic was clearer about it :(
If it was accepted but deemed too close to appear in Ingress, then it will not ever appear in either Ingress or Pokémon.
If it was accepted and appears in Ingress, but does not show up in Pokémon, then it may appear in Pokémon in the future, should the other wayspot in the same cell be removed from the cell.
Minor note: an accepted wayspot that does not appear in Ingress may show up in a future Niantic game when they seed their database. This happened in a local park, when Wizards Unite was released.
Note that "20 meter rule" is a term we made up, not from Niantic. They want to give no clues to how their system works. But we observed that it's nearly always, right about, 20 meters. You'll find the occasional that was approved at 19, or called "too close" at 21.
Also, Niantic can change their code at any time. Doubtful they will on this one, but you never know what the next thing is gonna be.
