A pavilion in the garden of a private house is called "a pavilion in a small square. Falsely claimed to be 'open to all'.
This is a good thing in itself, but the position is vicious. I've shifted it quite a bit so that it arrives from my house.
Note the supplementary images here. It looks like it was taken from my room in a high-rise. The counterpart is a common business across the country.
