I would like to specify the specific application criteria for drinking water sources in public spaces, but not treated as an independent element that may exist in a park, for example, since in this case the park should be proposed as a whole.
It is acceptable as a proposal because a source of drinking water that is located on public roads, should it meet any specific criteria ?.

Drinking water fountain aren't eligible.

Thanks for accepting my response. Trust me I know my group of friends have tried a lot of things over the last year. We were pushing the drinking water fountains hard because of parks and dog parks. They have unique and different drinking water fountains from each other.
