Wording in description

I was just editing a description in Dutch, but I cannot use the word 'kunt' which translates to can (U kan=You can). I know in English that word is a curseword, but that one starts with a C instead of a K.

It’s likely added to prevent people getting around it by using a K for the word instead of a C. Is there another way you can describe the thing for the POI?
Yes that succeeded, but when I want to quote something of an information sign, it seems better if I can do that right? And if people really want to type the C word in another way, it must be seen and reported by reviewers right?
I'm having similar issues with a wayspot for a nature reserve called "Danes Dyke". Take a guess which word is banned from being put into a description edit.
