No Proper Communication Regarding the Lack of Rewards

It has been two days since the roll out of the challenge rewards, and there has been no communication whatsoever on why I (and many like me), who REVIEWED Russian nominations, didn't get the rewards.
I have tried contacting Niantic through this forum and didn't get a proper answer. I have tried the in-game support and didn't get a proper answer. I also tweeted @NianticHelp and didn't receive an answer.
I encourage all players who are frustrated like me to try all the above methods until we can get the rewards we were promised.

I’m in the same boat but I am giving the benefit of the doubt and assuming that they aren’t checking over the weekend. I’m hoping they respond to all of us come Monday.
@Tyler14141-PGO I don't think so. Some players who complained about the issue just got the response that they're just not eligible and that's it.
We have to stay loud!! I won't accept the fact that we're doing Niantics work and they don't fulfill their end of the bargain.
Can you post a screenshot of those requests and answers?
"Not eligible"... So, basically, they can make a new event, get people to do their work and in the end use the "not eligible" card to don't give anything?
