No, it won't be removed, your appeal is invalid as you didn't add rejection mail from your fist appeal in game.
You need first to ask for it removal in game (Ingress in your case).
When your request from game will be reviewed, you will get mail with answer - if in mail your request will be denied, you can make thread like that and add screenshot of your rejection mail. Only with this Niantic will look at your appeal on forum. I hope my explanation helped a bit :)

Nein, es wird nicht entfernt, dein Einspruch ist ungültig, da du keine Ablehnungs-E-Mail von deinem ersten Einspruch im Spiel hinzugefügt hast.
Sie müssen zuerst die Entfernung im Spiel beantragen (Ingress in Ihrem Fall).
Wenn Ihre Anfrage vom Spiel überprüft wird, erhalten Sie eine E-Mail mit einer Antwort - wenn Ihre Anfrage per E-Mail abgelehnt wird, können Sie einen ähnlichen Thread erstellen und einen Screenshot Ihrer Ablehnungsmail hinzufügen. Nur damit wird Niantic deinen Aufruf im Forum prüfen. Ich hoffe meine Erklärung hat ein bisschen geholfen :)
